Privacy

Last updated 19 October 2026

This site has no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. The only information we hold is what you type into the contact form.

What the contact form collects

When you submit the form we store:

Your name and email address
Your company, if you enter one
Which service you selected
Your message

Alongside that we record the time of submission, the two-letter country code your request arrived from, your browser’s user-agent string, and a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address. The hash lets us block abuse of the form; it cannot be reversed back into an IP address, and we do not store the address itself.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, and to keep a record of enquiries we have received. We do not use it for anything else. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list because you filled in this form.

Where it goes

Cloudflare hosts this site and stores the enquiry database on our behalf.
Resend delivers the notification email that tells us an enquiry has arrived. That email contains what you typed into the form.
Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this page. Loading them discloses your IP address to Google. If that matters to you, a browser that blocks third-party fonts will not otherwise break the site.

Nobody else receives your information.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are commercially useful to us and then deleted. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will.

Your choices

Email info@sammedia.group and we will send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You do not have to explain why. Depending on where you live you may have a formal right to these things; we will honour the request either way.
